WHY DID DR. KALAM DIDN’T SEE SUDAMA IN NAMBI?
I understand from the film that Nambi was close to late Dr. Kalam while working with him at ISRO during 90s. After that Dr Kalam was posted at DRDO and thereafter he became the president of India in the year 2002.
During the tenure of Dr Kalam as President of India (2002-2007), Mr Nambi was fighting his case in Supreme Court for acquittal and compensation.
Why did Dr Kalam knowing Nambi from close quarters did not came to his rescue. I am not suggesting that Dr Kalam should have influenced the court, but as a President could have expedited the case. CBI themselves in the year 1996 declared that there was no evidence in the case. It was almost a clear case of false implication ab initio. Under these circumstances, it is quite intriguing to note that Dr Kalam has not pitched for Nambi.
Unlike Sudama who approached Lord Krishna on time, perhaps Nambi preferred not to approach Dr Kalam. [OR] Dr Kalam’s constitutional position prevented him to see a Sudama in Nambi?
